  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging materials.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
  • Replacement is only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

How to Request a Replacement:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened products.
